Duke University’s Behavioral Health Informatics Division developed MindLinc to provide customers with all of the tools to seamlessly integrate, manage, evaluate and improve behavioral health treatment.

We based our product and services on these founding principles:

• Fully Customer Configurable to Match User’s Workflow - Easy-to-use system administration-configuration and decision support tools
• Integrated patient and family involvement - self-reported information and feedback into treatment using the electronic Clinical Administrative Survey System
• Integrated Treatment/Service Plan  -incorporates patient-specific and discipline-specific problems and interventions into multidisciplinary Treatment/Service Plan and into progress note processes
• Measurement - Outcomes Tools: provides ability to measure progress toward achieving goals, objectives and discharge criteria using the embedded treatment progress outcomes tracker. Innovative visual tools and user interface including measurement tracker for outcomes, symptoms, side effects, treatment progress (and more); medication timeline, and scales’ graphs
• Decision Support Rules Engine - provides ability to place rules and alerts on any field with compound logic – assure compliance with State-Fed Regulatory Reporting
• Global Data Warehouse - Benchmark organization performance, collaborate with other MindLinc customers, and identify EBPs using MindLinc’s Global Anonymized Database, the world’s largest codified behavioral health database
