Image and Signature Management 

MindLinc seamlessly integrates scanned images and client and family signatures into the clinical documentation processes to help customers achieve a paperless environment.  This permits immediate access for all staff with appropriate access rights to view scanned documents and obtain client and family signatures on treatment plans, informed consents and other critical documents. 

Image Management

MindLinc provides the capability to scan and manage documents customers want included in the medical record.  

Key features:

·        Provides scan, label, catalog and integrate scanned documents into MindLinc.

·        Permits the user to view scanned documents as part of the patient’s medical history.  

·        Provides capability of  both basic and advanced color imaging features for file format import/export, image compression, image display and effects, color conversion, image processing, TWAIN scanning, imaging common dialogs, database integration, printing and Internet.

·        Supports the TWAIN v1.9 specifications and drivers, which allows our system to communicate with almost all scanners and other image acquisition hardware.
