Security of patient data is of the utmost concern. Most headline-grabbing security breaches of patient information now occur because a laptop with patient data is stolen.In order to avoid this scenario and protect patient confidentiality, MindLinc's architecture does not allow patient data to be stored on the computer.   

The MindLinc Mobile solution allows fully wireless, remote access client configuration for their electronic medical record. Using laptops configured with Wireless Cards users can establish instantaneous Internet connectivity from any site accessible via the customer's mobile phone vendor of choice.  Once connected, therapists authenticate their respective identities onto a secure, password-protected VPN, and access into MindLinc for their medical record documentation including ePrescribing.
