- Task Alerts: task reminders such as assessments or treatment plans due or the need to reauthorize services for the patient. The system provides a user configurable priority rating for the alert. Once completed the system removes the task from the list. Sends Supervisors messages simultaneously regarding pending due dates for tasks by staff member.
