MindLinc Management Reporting

Through its discreet data element design, MindLinc provides extensive resources for analysis, monitoring, reporting and retrospective performance management activities.  Customers may use the MindLinc reporting module with over 50 standard reports. For many reports users may select multiple parameters (date ranges, clinicians, clinical, medications, diagnosis) to enhance reporting. MindLinc’s flat table/data structure enables easy use of third party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Cognos.  For example MindLinc can capture and report all Joint Commission ORYX data: 

·        Assessment of  violence risk, substance use disorder, trauma and patient 
         strengths completed

·        Hours of restraint use

·        Hours of seclusion use

·        Patients discharged on multiple antipsychotic medications

·        Discharge assessment and aftercare recommendations are sent to next level of care

·        Providers upon discharge
