Implementation

The Duke EHR team follows the Project Management Institute’s guidelines for managing implementation of the Duke EHR at a customer’s location. Our experienced team of Project Managers and Installation and Interface Specialists work closely with your team to plan and execute implementation of our software to deliver on time. Activities in include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop project plan for implementation
• Develop MindLinc functionality and form/report customization requirement specifications
• Review hardware requirements and help you secure or order any hardware required
• Develop and implement interface plan
• Program and test MindLinc customizations
• Resolve test failures for customization
• Installation of MindLinc
• Install Administrator application and provide DBA/System Administrator training
• User training
• Review potential needs for future modules
