  • Messaging – Messages between Clinicians to communicate patient related issues, share
           or assign tasks
    in a HIPAA secure environment
  • Task Alerts - Task reminders such as assessments or treatment plans due or the need

    rating for the alert

    • Once completed the system removes task from the list
    • Sends Supervisors messages simultaneously regarding pending due dates for tasks by staff member

  • Patients Check In - View daily calendar and status (checked in, cancel) of clients
  • Co-sign - Ability to review, add addendum and co-sign staff members notes
  • Transcription -  Entered directly into the system or import transcribed  notes

    A Task Alert is sent to the user who then reviews, edits and signs note
