MindLinc provides superior treatment planning functionality. The multi-disciplinary treatment plan functionality automatically and seamlessly integrates patient-specific and discipline-specific problems and interventions into multi-disciplinary treatment plan.  

Goals, Objective, Intervention Library

MindLinc provides fully loaded searchable knowledge table-library of goals, objectives, and interventions.  Users may choose to use the MindLinc treatment plan wizard or customer-modifiable templates to rapidly develop individualized treatment plans.  Clinicians can incorporate patient strengths, discharge criteria into treatment plan and document participants in the treatment planning process.  Staff can route treatment plans internally for signature, and patients and family members may use the MindLinc e-Signature pad to sign treatment plans.

Progress Note Integration

MindLinc integrates the treatment plan directly into progress note process. MindLinc provides the ability to objectively measure and record a clients progress toward achieving goals, and objectives.
