MindLinc provides superior treatment planning functionality. The Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Plan functionality automatically and seamlessly integrates patient-specific and discipline-specific problems and interventions into multidisciplinary treatment plan.  

Goals, Objective, Intervention Library

MindLinc provides fully loaded searchable knowledge table-library of goals, objectives, and interventions.  Users may choose to use MindLInc Treatment Plan Wizard or the customer-modifiable templates to rapidly develop individualized treatment plans.  Clinicians can incorporate patient strengths, discharge criteria into treatment plan and document participants in the treatment planning process.  Staff can route Treatment Plans internally for signature, and patients and family members may use the MindLinc e-Signature pad to sign treatment plans.

Integrated into Progress Notes

MindLinc integrates the treatment plan directly into progress note process. MindLinc provides the ability to objectively measure and record a clients progress toward achieving goals, and objectives.

Measurable

MindLinc  provides measurable goals and objective.  Both goals and objective allow quantifiable documentation on a client progress.

Compliant
MindLinc provides the ability to set system-wide due dates according to customer requirements (usually dictated by State or County regulations).  This prompts the User and manager with an alert regarding due dates for treatment plans and updates. Treatment plan compliance reports are also available to managers or other users with access rights.
